Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This policy explains what information Digital Envisioned ("we," "us") collects through this website and our managed AI receptionist and website lead-capture service (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it. It covers two groups: contractors who visit our site or subscribe, and their customers (callers and website visitors) whose conversations the Service handles.
Information we collect
- Request form: name, business name, trade, phone and/or email, plan interest, message, and your contact-consent choice.
- Checkout and billing: Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email, phone, business name, billing address, the plan, and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Onboarding form: business details you give us to configure your agents: service area, hours, emergency rules, services, qualifying questions, calendar type and booking link, business phone and carrier, website, uploaded logos/photos, and notes.
- Phone calls handled by the AI receptionist: caller phone number, anything the caller says (including name, address, and the problem described), the call transcript, an AI-generated summary, call recording links held by our voice provider, call times, and any appointment booked.
- Website assistant conversations: messages typed or dictated, contact details entered, and uploaded files (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX).
- Plan button clicks: the plan clicked, referring page, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and browser type.
- Technical data: IP address with form submissions for security and abuse prevention. Rate limiting uses a one-way keyed hash rather than storing your IP for that purpose.
- Cookies: one session cookie for security tokens and to keep a conversation together. No advertising or analytics cookies are set on these pages.
AI, call recording, and transcription
The Service uses artificial intelligence to answer calls and website chats. Callers and visitors are told they are interacting with an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and are transcribed and summarized so the contractor can follow up. Contractors who subscribe agree to keep this disclosure in place and to comply with call-recording and consumer-contact laws that apply to them.
How we use information
- To respond to requests, confirm territory availability, and provide, configure, and support the Service.
- To deliver leads, transcripts, summaries, bookings, and files to the contractor the conversation was for.
- To bill subscriptions, send receipts and service emails, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve call scripts and settings for that contractor's account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contractors' customer data to market to those customers.
Calls and texts from us (TCPA)
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone call, text message, or email, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us and we will stop.
Who we share it with
- The contractor whose line or website the conversation came through (they own their leads).
- Service providers that run parts of the Service on our behalf: Stripe (payments and billing portal), Hostinger (website hosting and email), our AI voice provider (call handling, recording, transcription), and, if enabled, an AI model provider for chat replies. They may process data only to provide their services.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
Retention
We keep lead, call, and conversation records while a contractor's subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends (so a contractor can request a copy), unless the contractor or the person concerned asks us to delete them sooner or a longer period is legally required. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@digitalenvisioned.net. If you called or chatted with one of our contractor customers, we may refer your request to that contractor, since they control those records. Subscribers can manage billing details anytime at Manage billing.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the web; only a signed-in administrator can download them. Payment keys are stored encrypted. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
