Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been delivered and/or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at support@digitalenvisioned.net. Refund requests must include your order number and reason for the request.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or if a significant portion of the digital content has been consumed or downloaded.
