By using digitalenvisioned.net and its subdomains (the "Sites") you agree to these terms. Specific products (AI Receptionist plans, ClientFlow, the affiliate and reseller programs) also have their own terms, which control if they conflict with these.
1. Content is educational
Articles, videos and courses are for general education. They are not legal, financial, tax or employment advice. Examples and figures are illustrations, not promises. See the earnings disclaimer.
2. Purchases
Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. All sales are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or a product page states a different policy. Digital products are delivered by download link after payment.
3. Software and AI services "as is"
Software and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs can be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Envisioned and Joshua Newton are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Sites: no unlawful activity, spam, scraping that burdens our servers, attempts to break security, or uploading malicious code.
6. Intellectual property
Content, videos, code and branding are © Joshua Newton / Digital Envisioned unless noted. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Purchased software is licensed under its included license.
7. Third-party links
We link to other sites, including affiliate links. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Law
Alabama law governs; venue is Jefferson County, Alabama.
