Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Joshua Newton d/b/a Digital Envisioned ("we", "us") handles information on digitalenvisioned.net and its subdomains (the "Sites").
Information you give us
When you fill out a form (for example a demo request, course signup, affiliate or reseller application), we collect your name, phone number and email, plus anything else you choose to tell us. Newsletter sign-up is optional and the box is unchecked by default. Affiliates also give a PayPal email for payouts. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
We run our own first-party analytics on our server: pages viewed, approximate device type, referring site, approximate location derived from IP, and clicks on outbound or checkout links. We store a hashed (not raw) version of IP addresses in our analytics tables. We honor Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals in our main analytics script.
Cookies
- Essential cookies keep you logged in (affiliate dashboard) and protect forms from abuse.
- Affiliate cookie (
de_aff, 60 days) records which partner referred you, so they can be credited. - Analytics: a short session identifier (30 minutes) to count visits.
- Advertising cookies: see Google AdSense below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.
Advertising — Google AdSense
Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Sites and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links (for example to products sold through ClickBank). If you click and buy, we may earn a commission. The merchant and ClickBank may set their own cookies; their privacy policies apply. See our affiliate disclosure.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide what you asked for (demo, course emails, onboarding, payouts).
- To send newsletters only if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime with one click. Our newsletter is personalized: we choose which guides, tools and offers to include based on the pages you viewed, links you clicked and purchases you made on our Sites. Newsletter emails contain a small open-tracking image and tracked links so we can count opens and clicks per issue; you can block this by turning off image loading in your email app.
- To operate, secure and improve the Sites, and to credit affiliates.
- To comply with law (for example tax reporting for affiliate payouts).
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Sites (hosting: Hostinger; payments: Stripe, PayPal; email delivery through our hosting provider; AI voice provider for the AI Receptionist service), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Retention & security
We keep lead and account data while it's needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Raw analytics events are pruned after about 13 months. We use HTTPS, access controls and hashed passwords.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing newton@digitalenvisioned.net. California and other state residents may have additional rights under their state laws; we honor them.
Children
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
