Voice usage beyond each client plan's included minutes is billed separately at cost-based rates set in the reseller terms.
How many clients can I serve?
The base license is designed for up to 10 active client receptionists. Larger books of business are quoted separately.
Who supports the end client?
You own the client relationship and first-line questions; we handle the technology, configuration changes you request and escalations.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. You bill your clients directly at whatever price you choose.
Is there a contract or refund?
The license is month-to-month; cancel anytime to stop future billing. Past charges are non-refundable.
Do you guarantee I'll make money?
No. Your results depend on your clients, pricing and effort. Any figures on this page are illustrations.
